About Lumera Path
These terms describe use of the website of Lumera Path LLC (“Lumera Path”, “we”, “us”) and the general conditions for our services. Our contact email is allye@coachallye.com. The Bridge™ is an offering under Lumera Path LLC, not a separate contracting entity.
Our services are operated from the United States and are available globally. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that your personal data and communications will be processed in and transferred to the United States, subject to US laws.
Nature and scope of services
Lumera Path offers coaching, advisory, consulting and educational services supporting personal development, leadership, career decisions and intentional action. Coaching supports reflection and client-led decisions. Advisory and consulting work may include perspectives, recommendations and practical options within the agreed scope. We clarify our role and any changes in that role during the engagement.
We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, psychotherapy or other licensed mental-health treatment, and our services do not replace care from appropriately licensed professionals. Our Professional Boundaries and Disclaimer page explains this further and forms part of these terms.
Participation and purchase terms
Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Before purchase, the offer and program agreement identify the service, schedule and time zone, delivery language, price and currency, applicable taxes, payment plan, included materials, access period and cancellation terms. You must provide accurate information and have authority to make the purchase.
Enrollment is confirmed when we send written confirmation after the required payment and acceptance steps. A payment plan divides an agreed program price; it is not a recurring subscription unless explicitly sold as one. Cancellation balances are governed by the applicable refund policy. No additional offering is purchased automatically through participation.
Courses, group programs and masterclasses are conducted in English. Individual sessions with Allye are available in English, Portuguese and Spanish, as arranged. An AI conversation in another language does not change the delivery language of an offering.
Responsibilities and outcomes
We provide the services described in the accepted offer with reasonable care and skill. You remain responsible for your choices and for deciding whether to act on suggestions. You may decline an exercise or tell us when an activity is uncomfortable or outside your needs. We do not guarantee a promotion, income increase, health improvement, relationship outcome or any other specific result. Testimonials describe individual experiences, not promises of typical results.
Respect and confidentiality
Participants must treat others respectfully, protect information shared in confidence and refrain from harassment or unauthorized recordings, screenshots, AI bots and redistribution of discussions. Our Confidentiality and Recording Policy explains our commitments and their limits.
If behavior presents a serious safety concern or materially breaches participation rules, we may restrict access or end participation, explaining the reason where appropriate and providing an opportunity to address the concern where feasible. We do not automatically forfeit all fees; any settlement must comply with the applicable agreement, refund policy and consumer law.
Materials and intellectual property
Lumera Path’s original materials and licensed third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Your purchase gives you a personal, nontransferable right to use included materials for your own learning during the stated access period. You may not sell, publicly distribute or reproduce them to deliver a competing course without permission. This does not restrict uses permitted by law. You retain ownership of your own work and do not grant public testimonial or marketing permission merely by participating.
Technology and outside links
You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and the disclosed access requirements. We use third-party platforms and may link to external resources. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. Platform outages do not remove any obligation we have to provide purchased services or appropriate remedies.
Allye.AI responses can be inaccurate and do not independently change prices, refund terms or contractual commitments. Contact us for confirmation of offering details. This does not exclude rights arising from misleading representations under applicable law.
Agreements and changes
The specific agreement accepted for your purchase governs its scope. Mandatory law takes priority. The applicable published refund policy remains available to you; a later website update does not retroactively reduce an accepted right. Existing engagements are not automatically moved to new terms. Material service changes are communicated and handled under the applicable agreement and consumer protections.
Concerns and applicable law
Contact allye@coachallye.com with a concern so we can work toward a resolution. Nothing requires you to give up a complaint, payment dispute or other remedy available by law. New Jersey law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts provided by applicable law where they live. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful.
