Confidentiality and Recording Policy

Our commitment

Personal reflection deserves care and respect. Lumera Path LLC (“Lumera Path”) treats information shared during coaching, advisory and consulting engagements as confidential, subject to the agreed service arrangements and the exceptions below. This commitment does not establish medical confidentiality or legal professional privilege.

Authorized facilitators and necessary support providers may access relevant information to deliver the agreed service under appropriate confidentiality obligations. Before an employer or another sponsor funds an engagement, we agree with the participant what information, if any, will be reported. Payment by a sponsor does not give automatic access to private session content.

Limits of confidentiality

Information may be disclosed with your authorization, when required by applicable law or a valid legal order, or where disclosure is legally permitted and reasonably necessary to address a serious or imminent risk of harm. We limit disclosures to what is appropriate and notify you where lawful and practicable. We cannot promise absolute confidentiality, and third-party platforms process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Individual sessions and transcripts

Lumera Path does not make audio or video recordings of individual 1:1 sessions. Transcription is optional and requires your informed permission before it starts. We use Zoom AI Companion, which converts the session’s speech to text as the session happens and produces a transcript and a meeting summary without recording the session. Only Allye can access them; they are used to keep accurate notes of our work and are deleted within 30 days of the session.

You may decline transcription and still receive the session. You may ask us to stop it at any time. Requests concerning existing transcripts are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Permission to transcribe does not authorize publication, testimonials or unrelated AI training.

Free masterclasses

We record free masterclasses and share the replay with people who registered. We notify you before registration and again before recording begins, and obtain any consent required by law. Participant names are not disclosed in the shared recording.

Removing names alone does not anonymize a voice, face, chat message or personal story. Our publishing process excludes these identifying contributions unless the participant gives separate, specific permission for the intended use. You may keep your camera and microphone off and use the participation options explained at registration. Do not share sensitive information in a public or recorded session.

Group programs

All participants must protect other participants’ identities and personal disclosures. Do not record, transcribe, take identifying screenshots, add AI meeting assistants or share discussions outside the group without the required permission. You may share your own learning without identifying another participant.

We require confidentiality but cannot guarantee other participants’ behavior. Choose what you wish to share. Any recording of a group program requires a separate notice and appropriate consent; recording free masterclasses does not authorize recording paid group discussions.

Testimonials and stories

We request separate permission before using identifiable testimonials, photographs, recordings or personal stories in marketing. Providing feedback does not grant that permission, and declining a testimonial does not affect your service. Permission specifies the content and intended use; contact us about withdrawal and any practical or legal limits on recalling already distributed material.

Allye.AI

Allye.AI conversations are saved and can be read by Allye and authorized members of her team. They are processed by Cloudflare and OpenAI as described in our Privacy Policy. They are not private 1:1 sessions and are not monitored continuously. See the Allye.AI section of our Privacy Policy before sharing information.
