Program Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective date: October 29, 2026
Covered enrollment
This policy applies to new enrollments in the eight-week The Bridge Identity Reset™ program purchased from Lumera Path LLC (“Lumera Path”) on or after the effective date where this policy is included in the offer. It does not automatically govern individual sessions, other programs, standalone digital products or existing pilot agreements. Those purchases must have their own disclosed terms. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority. This policy adds to any rights you have under applicable law and does not waive them.
Full refund window
You may cancel before the program begins for a full refund. You may also receive a full refund until the later of: (a) 14 calendar days after purchase, or (b) 48 hours after the end of your cohort’s first scheduled program session. No explanation is required. Attendance or access to materials during this voluntary window does not remove this full-refund promise.
The purchase confirmation will state your exact deadline using America/New_York time, with the correct seasonal UTC offset. If mandatory law provides more time or broader rights, those rights apply.
Withdrawal after the full refund window
After the full-refund window, you may withdraw and receive a proportional refund for program weeks that have not started. Each of the eight core weeks is valued at one-eighth of your total agreed program price after discounts. The complimentary bonus session has no separate deduction.
A week starts at the scheduled beginning of that week’s live core session, as shown in your confirmed cohort schedule. Missing a session does not delay the start of that week. A session Lumera Path fails to deliver is not treated as delivered merely because its scheduled time passed.
The amount due equals the total agreed program price multiplied by the number of core weeks started, divided by eight. We refund payments above that amount and make any required tax adjustments. There is no additional withdrawal penalty or payment-processing deduction. This weekly calculation does not replace a more favorable statutory calculation or remedy.
For example, if three weeks have started and the full-refund window has ended, the amount due is three-eighths of the program price. An upfront payer receives five-eighths back. An installment payer receives a refund only to the extent payments exceed the amount due.
Payment plans and access
When you withdraw, we stop future scheduled installment charges and issue a written calculation. If payments received are below the amount lawfully due for weeks started, we explain the remaining balance and arrange settlement under the accepted payment terms. Withdrawal does not require paying for unstarted weeks under this policy.
Access to future sessions and the participant community ends on withdrawal. You may retain materials previously supplied for completed paid weeks for personal use, subject to intellectual-property restrictions. After a full refund, permission to use program materials ends; delete downloaded proprietary materials, while retaining your own notes and any legally required transaction records. We do not condition a statutory refund on completing this deletion.
Missed sessions and cohort changes
Missing a session while remaining enrolled does not create an individual session refund. Make-up support or recordings are provided only if expressly included in your enrollment agreement. A transfer to a later cohort is available only by written agreement and does not replace a refund you are entitled to receive.
If Lumera Path cancels before the program starts, we refund all program payments. If we end the program early, we refund the undelivered portion and cancel charges for it, without limiting any further legal remedy. If we materially change the schedule or scope, you may accept the change or withdraw and receive a refund for the undelivered portion. You do not have to accept credit instead of money where a refund is due.
Making a request
Email allye@coachallye.com with the subject “Refund request”. To help us find your enrollment quickly and avoid back-and-forth, please include:
- Your full name and the email address you used to enroll
- The program and cohort, for example “The Bridge Identity Reset™, cohort starting [date]”
- The date you enrolled or paid
- The confirmation or receipt number, if you have one
- A clear statement of your request, for example: “I am withdrawing from The Bridge Identity Reset™ and request a refund under the refund policy.”
If you don’t have all of these details, send your request anyway; we only need enough to identify your purchase. You don’t need to explain your reason or attend a call. A clear request sent before the relevant deadline counts as on time; the date we reply doesn’t affect eligibility.
We acknowledge requests promptly and aim to initiate refunds within two business days, or sooner where required by law. Refunds go to the original payment method unless otherwise lawfully agreed, at no additional refund fee. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit; this does not extend our legal obligations.
