Lumera Path LLC (“Lumera Path”) provides coaching, advisory, consulting and educational services to support reflection, personal development, leadership, career choices and practical action. The scope of each engagement is described before purchase. Where we move between coaching and advisory or consulting roles, we explain that distinction.

No medical care or psychotherapy

Our programs, individual sessions, masterclasses, exercises, website content and Allye.AI do not provide medical recommendations, medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, psychological assessment, psychiatric care or other licensed mental-health services. Participation does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship.

Discussions about stress, emotions, beliefs, habits, identity, mindfulness or relationships are for coaching and education. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure a medical or mental-health condition or replace professional care. Personal stories, including experiences of illness or recovery, are not treatment recommendations.

Do not stop or change medication, treatment or professional care based on our content or services. Seek advice from an appropriately licensed healthcare or mental-health professional for health concerns. Coaching may complement professional care when appropriate, but it does not replace it. If your needs fall outside our scope, we may recommend another qualified professional and discuss adapting, pausing or ending the engagement under its applicable terms.

Our general career, leadership and business guidance is not legal advice, tax advice or regulated investment advice. Consult appropriately qualified professionals for those matters. We do not promise specific financial, professional, personal or health outcomes.

Personal choice and urgent support

You decide whether to act on suggestions and may decline or stop any exercise. If an activity causes distress, pause and seek appropriate support. Lumera Path and Allye.AI are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

This disclaimer clarifies the scope of our work. It does not waive your statutory rights or exclude Lumera Path’s responsibility for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
